NCTS Submissions
Direct, agent-level access to the New Computerised Transit System
The New Computerised Transit System (NCTS) is the IT backbone for all customs transit movements across the UK, the EU and EFTA. NCTS Phase 5 is now live, with stricter data requirements, security elements and digital seals. We are connected directly to NCTS and submit declarations on your behalf as authorised agents.
We handle Departure, Arrival and Diversion messages, deal with rejected declarations, push corrections through, and respond to Office of Transit and Office of Destination queries. If you need NCTS support but want to keep your own EORI and guarantee, we can act as your declarant within your own setup.
How It Works

- 3Submit Departure (IE015) and follow-up messages into NCTS
